We take care of it all! We will deliver, setup & style your slumber party teepees & décor. The next day we will come back to break down and take away all teepees and accessories. Also included is the laundering & sanitizing of all items between rentals, so you will have no cleaning to do!
Travel is included within 20 miles of zip code 18902 (on Google Maps). If you live outside of this area there is an extra charge of $3 per mile.
Yes. A deposit of $100 will need to be paid when booking your party. That deposit will go towards your total and the remainder of your payment which is due 10 days prior to your event.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a late event date that is able to be accommodated in our schedule.
Any item that is lightly damaged or stained may be subject to a cleaning fee. Any missing or severely damaged materials may be subject to a fee:
Tent: $70
Blanket: $25
Pillows: $15
Tray: $20
Any other accessories (lanterns, fairy lights, etc): $10
We accept PayPal, Venmo or cash payment.
No. Once setup is complete & everything is how you love it, we will leave you to enjoy the magic.
Rentals packages are for one night. Each additional night is $20 per night, per tent.
Each tent setup is about 4 feet wide by 6 feet deep. Teepees can be setup in a variety of ways to accommodate your space (in a line, facing each other, angled, etc). It is the responsibility of the adult hosting the party to make sure there is a safe amount of space to walk & sleep. Please contact us if you have any questions about setup in your specific space.
Setup usually takes about 1.5 – 2 hours and breakdown about 45 minutes – 1 hour. We will plan together what time works in order to allow for plenty of setup time before your guests arrive.
All guests should bring their own pillows for hygiene reasons. We do include a throw blanket, but if it is cold, we recommend that your guests bring an additional blanket or sleeping bag.
All sheets, mattress covers, blankets and pillow covers are thoroughly laundered immediately after use. All tents, throw pillows, mattresses and other décor are disinfected after each use as well.
The party room should be big enough to fit all of your requested tent setups. We cannot move large furniture to make room for your tents. We ask that the space is clean & cleared prior to arrival for setup. The event venue must be SMOKE-FREE.
Our teepees are not meant for outdoor use, however, if you have a covered deck or patio, we can accommodate our setup outside. However, please consider bugs since our teepees are not meant to be closed over the tents and therefore will be open to the elements including bugs.
