What is included in the price?

We take care of it all! We will deliver, setup & style your slumber party teepees & décor. The next day we will come back to break down and take away all teepees and accessories.  Also included is the laundering & sanitizing of all items between rentals, so you will have no cleaning to do!  Please note, that last minute additions (less than 10 days before date) will incur an additional $25 fee)

Is there a travel fee?

Travel is included within 20 miles of zip code 18902 (on Google Maps).  If you live outside of this area there is an extra charge of $3 per mile.

Is there a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  A deposit of $100 will need to be paid when booking your party.  That deposit will go towards your total and the remainder of your payment which is due 10 days prior to your event. Additions less than 10 days before date will incur an additional $25 fee

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but can be applied to a late event date that is able to be accommodated in our schedule.

What are the incidental charges?

Any item that is lightly damaged or stained may be subject to a cleaning fee.  Any missing or severely damaged materials may be subject to a fee:
Tent: $70
Blanket: $25
Pillows: $15
Tray: $20
Any other accessories (lanterns, fairy lights, etc): $10

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Venmo or cash payment.

Do you stay and host the party?

Accepted Answer

No.  Once setup is complete & everything is how you love it, we will leave you to enjoy the magic.

How long is the rental period?

Rentals packages are for one night.  Each additional night is $20 per night, per tent.

How much space is required?

Accepted Answer

Each tent setup is about 4 feet wide by 6 feet deep.  Teepees can be setup in a variety of ways to accommodate your space (in a line, facing each other, angled, etc).  It is the responsibility of the adult hosting the party to make sure there is a safe amount of space to walk & sleep. Please contact us if you have any questions about setup in your specific space.

How long does it take to set up and break down the party rentals?

Setup usually takes about 1.5 – 2 hours and breakdown about 45 minutes – 1 hour.  We will plan together what time works in order to allow for plenty of setup time before your guests arrive.

When do I need my final headcount/personalizations submitted?

Accepted Answer

Final headcounts and other personalizations are required 10 days before the party.  The balance at the time is what is due (even if someone isn't able to make it).  I will do my best to take last minute additions or personalizations, but they're not guaranteed. Additions requested less than 10 days before date that can be accommodated will incur an additional $25 fee.

Do my guests need to bring a pillow & blanket?

All guests should bring their own pillows for hygiene reasons.  We do include a throw blanket, but if it is cold, we recommend that your guests bring an additional blanket or sleeping bag.

Question 13

How do you clean your sleepover rentals?

Accepted Answer

All sheets, mattress covers, blankets and pillow covers are thoroughly laundered immediately after use.  All tents, throw pillows, mattresses and other décor are disinfected after each use as well.

What are your venue requirements?

The party room should be big enough to fit all of your requested tent setups. We cannot move large furniture to make room for your tents. We ask that the space is clean & cleared prior to arrival for setup. The event venue must be SMOKE-FREE.

Question 15

Can the teepee be used outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Our teepees are not meant for outdoor use, however, if you have a covered deck or patio, we can accommodate our setup outside.  However, please consider bugs since our teepees are not meant to be closed over the tents and therefore will be open to the elements including bugs.
